My dear Amma,
I am coming to see you tomorrow, to have you put the sakthi maalai on me. With that I am starting my fast. The fast period is for exactly a month, and it feels very significant to me.
One year is about to end, and a new year begin as I end my fast. There are to be fresh starts and new beginnings to everything in my life. Please give me inner clarity Amma, and awareness of what is truly important and what not.
Let me live by and act on that knowledge and live a life of true integrity and worth.
